Ubiquinol-Cytochrome CReductase Core Protein I (UQCRC1) is a member of the peptidase M16 family,UQCRC1/QCR1 subfamily. UQCRC1 is a part of the ubiquinol-cytochrome creductase complex (complex III or cytochrome b-c1 complex), which is component ofthe mitochondrial respiratory chain. UQCRC1 can mediate formation of thecomplex between cytochromes c and c1.

UQCRC1 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single,non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 471 amino acids (35-480 a.a) andhaving a molecular mass of 51.8kDa.UQCRC1 is fused to a 25 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus &purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
