Description

DENND4C Antibody [3E8]

DENND4C Antibody [3E8] is a mouse monoclonal antibody directed against DENND4C, offered by Assay Genie for research applications. Reported applications include WB, ICC/IF and IP. Reported reactivity: Human, Mouse and Rat. Supplied as IgG1, purified by Protein G.

DENND4C is a guanine nucleotide exchange factor (GEF) for Rab10, a small GTPase involved in vesicle trafficking and membrane recycling. DENND4C regulates GLUT4 translocation and interacts with the retromer complex, linking it to endosomal sorting and cellular metabolism. Mutations in DENND4C have been associated with neurodevelopmental syndromes such as Alkuraya-Kucinskas and Koolen-De Vries, suggesting a broader role in brain development and function. Its involvement in membrane trafficking pathways positions DENND4C as a candidate for investigation in neurodegenerative diseases characterized by endolysosomal dysfunction. This antibody is also available conjugated to ATTO 390, ATTO 488, ATTO 594, APC, Biotin, FITC, HRP, PerCP and RPE. Supplied in 100 µg. For research use only; not for diagnostic or therapeutic procedures.
