Trafficking Protein Particle Complex 2-Like (TRAPPC2L) takes part in vesicular transport from endoplasmic reticulum to Golgi. TRAPPC2L is a part of the TRAPP small subunits family and is expressed in various organs like testis, liver, bladder, lung, spleen and brain.
TRAPPC2L Human Recombinant produced in E. coli is a single polypeptide chain containing 162 amino acids (1-139) and having a molecular mass of 18.4kDa. TRAPPC2L is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
