Human KPNA2 Recombinant Protein

The V(D)J recombination is a type of chromosome rearrangement in which sections from two chromosomes combine to generate new genetic material. KPNA2 is thought to be involved in V(D)J recombination. KPNA2 is a nuclear protein that mediates the translocation of ribonucleoprotein complexes between the nucleus and the cytoplasm. It is essential for the proper functioning of the cell and is involved in a range of cellular processes, including gene transcription, translation, and replication. Both Venezuelan equine encephalitis and influenza are associated with KPNA2.
