Human HRAS/GTPase Hras Recombinant Protein
H-RAS is a member of that Ras oncogene family, which is involved in signaling transduction. Several malignancies, including bladder cancer, follicular thyroid cancer, and oral squamous cell carcinoma, are linked to H-RAS. HRAS is involved in a number of disorders, including Costello syndrome and nevus. RET signaling is the major pathway associated with H-RAS.
