Human Ezrin/EZR Recombinant Protein
The Ezlrin protein is a protein that serves as a substrate for microvillar tyrosine kinase. The ERM protein family, which Ezrin belongs to, serves as an intermediary between the plasma membrane and the actin cytoskeleton. Ezrin is a rare genetic deletion called EZR that's linked to intellectual disability and neurofibromatosis type III (NF1). wtCFTR trafficking, VCAM-1/CD106 signalling, and delta508-CFTR are pathways related to Ezrin.
