Description
Human EphA4 Recombinant Protein
Ephrin type-A receptor 4(EPHA4) belongs to the protein kinase superfamily and Ephrin receptor subfamily. The protein EPHAP4 has 1 Eph LBD domain, 2 fibronectin type-III domains, 1 protein kinase domain, and 1 SAM domain. EPH receptors play a significant role in the development of the nervous system. EPH and EPH-related receptors have been linked to developmental processes, particularly those in the nervous system. The receptors in the EPH subfamily are generally made up of a single kinase domain and an extracellular region with a Cys-rich domain and two fibronectin type III repeats. Based on their extracellular domain sequences and binding affinities for ephrin-A and ephrin-B ligands. Human EphA4 Recombinant Protein is a highly pure recombinant protein developed by Assay Genie for use in a range of applications.
