Description
Product Name: | Anti-Human Hepsin (Clone 3H10.1) In Vivo Antibody - Ultra Low Endotoxin |
Product Code: | IVMB0360 |
Size: | 1 mg, 5 mg, 25 mg, 50 mg, 100 mg |
Clone: | 3H10.1 |
Protein: | Hepsin |
Product Type: | Monoclonal Antibody |
Synonyms: | HPN, TMPRSS1, 3H10.1.2 |
Isotype: | IgG1 |
Reactivity: | Human |
Applications: | ELISA, FC, In Vivo |
Formulation: | This monoclonal antibody is aseptically packaged and formulated in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline (150 mM NaCl) PBS pH 7.2 - 7.4 with no carrier protein, potassium, calcium or preservatives added. Due to inherent biochemical properties of antibodies, certain products may be prone to precipitation over time. Precipitation may be removed by aseptic centrifugation and/or filtration. |
Endotoxin Level: | <0.5 EU/mg as determined by the LAL method |
Purity: | ≥98% monomer by analytical SEC ⋅ >95% by SDS Page |
Product Preparation: | Functional grade preclinical antibodies are manufactured in an animal free facility using in vitro cell culture techniques and are purified by a multi-step process including the use of protein A or G to assure extremely low levels of endotoxins, leachable protein A or aggregates. |
Applications: | ELISA, FC, In Vivo |
Reactivity: | Human |
Host Species: | Mouse |
Specificity: | Clone 3H10.1.2 is able to recognize full-length native Hepsin expressed on the cell surface in addition to the recombinant soluble form. Clones 3H1.1.1 and 1F2.1.1 bind to the same epitope as clone 3H10.1.2 and inhibit it (and each other) from binding Hepsin. Clone 3H10.1.2 and clone 2D5.1.9 bind separate epitopes and do not inhibit each other from binding Hepsin. |
Antigen Distribution: | Hepsin is expressed on the surface of epithelial cells including the liver, kidney, prostate, and thyroid in human tissues. |
Immunogen: | Human hepsin protein |
Endotoxin Level: | <0.5 EU/mg as determined by the LAL method |

Storage and Handling: | Functional grade preclinical antibodies may be stored sterile as received at 2-8°C for up to one month. For longer term storage, aseptically aliquot in working volumes without diluting and store at -80°C. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles. |
Protein: | Hepsin |
Pathogen Testing: | To protect mouse colonies from infection by pathogens and to assure that experimental preclinical data is not affected by such pathogens, all of Assay Genie's Purified Functional Antibodies are tested and guaranteed to be negative for all pathogens in the IDEXX IMPACT I Mouse Profile. |
