![]() | IHC image of PACO62759 diluted at 1:400 and staining in paraffin-embedded human adrenal gland tissue performed on a Leica BondTM system. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30min at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4°C overnight. The primary is detected by a biotinylated secondary antibody and visualized using an HRP conjugated SP system. |

Background: | Acts as a GTPase-activating protein specific for RAB33B. Involved in the regulation of autophagosome maturation, the process in which autophagosomes fuse with endosomes and lysosomes. |
Synonyms: | TBC1 domain family member 25, TBC1D25, OATL1 |
UniProt Protein Function: | TBC1D25: Acts as a GTPase-activating protein specific for RAB33B. Involved in the regulation of autophagosome maturation, the process in which autophagosomes fuse with endosomes and lysosomes. 2 isoforms of the human protein are produced by alternative splicing.Protein type: Vesicle; GAPs; GAPs, RabChromosomal Location of Human Ortholog: Xp11.23Cellular Component: autophagic vacuole; cytoplasmic vesicleMolecular Function: protein bindingBiological Process: autophagy |
