ZNF346 is a nucleolar, zinc finger protein which specially binds to double-stranded RNA or RNA/DNA fusions, instead of DNA alone. Zinc finger domains vital for dsRNA binding and essential for its nucleolar localization. ZNF346 takes part in cell growth and survival.
ZNF346 Human Recombinant produced in E.coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 317 amino acids (1-294) and having a molecular mass of 35.3 kDa.ZNF346 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
