Pantetheinase/VNN1 is a vanin protein member that has been linked to hematopoietic cell movement and oxidative stress response. Pantetheinase/VNN1 appears to be a GPI-anchored cell surface protein, similar to its mouse counterpart. VNN1 is associated with obstructive nephropathy and methylmalonic aciduria. Protein metabolism and Post-translational Modification-Synthesis of GPI-Backed Proteins are two Pantetheinase/VNN1 related processes. Human VNN1/Vanin Recombinant Protein is a highly pure recombinant protein developed by Assay Genie for use in a range of applications.
Recombinant Human Vascular Non-Inflammatory Molecule 1 is produced by our Mammalian expression system and the target gene encoding Gln22-Ser490 is expressed with a 6His tag at the C-terminus.
