SPECC1 takes part in actin cytoskeleton organization and microtubule stabilization and therefore necessary for proper cell adhesion and migration.
SPECC1 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 327 amino acids (458-761a.a) and having a molecular mass of 37.7kDa. SPECC1 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
