SarcoglycanBeta, also known as SGCB, is a part of the sarcoglycan family. SGCB belongs to thesarcoglycan complex which is a subcomplex of the dystrophin-glycoproteincomplex that connects between the F-actin cytoskeleton and the extracellularmatrix.

SGCB Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single,non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 255 amino acids (87-318 a.a) andhaving a molecular mass of 27.8kDa.SGCB is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus& purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
