Human Semenogelin/SEMG1 Recombinant Protein

Post-translational modifications have been linked to the structure of semenogelin, which influences coagulation. The N-terminal has an O-glycosylation site with two serine residues and a single O-linked sugar. Removal of these residues significantly reduces the thrombin.
