RASDFamily Member 2 (RASD2) which binds to GTP and owns a GTPase activity is a partof the Ras super family of small GTPases. RASD2 regulates signaling pathwaysinvolving G-proteins-coupled receptor and heterotrimeric proteins. RASD2encodes a Ras-related protein that enriched in striatum.

RASD2 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 289 amino acids (1-266 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 32.8 kDa.RASD2 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
