O-SialoglycoproteinEndopeptidase, also known as OSGEP is a member of the KAE1 / TsaD family.� OSGEP is essential for the formation ofthreonylcarbamoyl group on adenosine at position 37 (t6A37) in tRNAs which readcodons beginning with adenine. OSGEP take a direct catalytic part in the abovereaction, however other proteins of the complex are required to fulfill thisactivity.

OSGEP Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single,non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 358 amino acids (1-335 a.a) andhaving a molecular mass of 38.8kDa.OSGEP is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus& purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
