Oncomodulin is a EF-hand protein that binds calcium ions with exceptional affinity. It is a member of the calmodulin superfamily. Oncomodulin is an oncodevelopmental protein that may be found in the placenta and cancerous tumors. Oncomodulin is also associated with Leiomyomatosis and Vulvar Benign Neoplasms. Human Oncomodulin/OCM Recombinant Protein is a highly pure recombinant protein developed by Assay Genie for use in a range of applications.
