LRG1 belongs to the leucine-rich repeat (LRR) family. Protein-protein interactions, signal transduction, and cell adhesion and development are all activities of members of this family. LRG1 is expressed during granulocyte differentiation. It has four LIM zinc-binding modules and one Rho-GAP domain. Human LRG1 Recombinant Protein is a highly pure recombinant protein developed by Assay Genie for use in a range of applications.
<1.0 EU per µg of the protein as determined by the LAL method.
Protein Construction:
A DNA sequence encoding the human LRG1 (AAH34389.1) (Met1-Gln347) was expressed with six amino acids (LEVLFQ) at the C-terminus.
