Human ISG15/G1P2 Recombinant Protein
ISG15 produces a ubiquitin-like protein which is conjugated to intracellular target proteins after interferon-alpha and interferon-beta activation. ISG15 has been linked to a variety of functions, including neutrophil chemotaxis, the direction of ligated target proteins to intermediate filaments, cell-to-cell signalling, and antiviral activity during viral infections. ISG15 is associated with diseases such as basal ganglia calcification and Weiss-Kruszka Syndrome.Two pathways ISG15 is involved in are the HIV cycle and interferon gamma signaling. Human ISG15/G1P2 Recombinant Protein is a highly pure recombinant protein developed by Assay Genie for use in a range of applications.
