Human IgG2-Fc Recombinant Protein (257 Ser/Ala)

SCN3B (sodium channel; voltage-gated; type III; beta ;human IgG1-Fc chimera) belongs to the sodium channel auxiliary subunit SCN3B family. 1 Ig-like C2-type (immunoglobulin-like) domain is included in SCN3B. Voltage-gated sodium channels are transmembrane glycoprotein complexes composed of a large alpha subunit and one or more regulatory beta subunits. They are in charge of the initiation and propagation of action potentials in neurons and muscles. The SCN3B gene encodes one of the sodium channel beta subunit family's members and has an impact on sodium channel inactivation kinetics. Two alternative splicing patterns; the same protein is encoded by both; have been discovered. Brugada syndrome type 7 is caused by SCN3B abnormalities. A right bundle branch block and ST segment elevation on an electrocardiogram are characteristic of a tachyarrhythmia. It makes the ventricles beat too quickly, preventing blood from circulating effectively throughout the body. If the heart's condition deteriorates to this point (termed ventricular fibrillation), the individual will faint and could die in a few minutes if it isn't resuscitated. Human IgG2-Fc Recombinant Protein (257 Ser/Ala) is a highly pure recombinant protein developed by Assay Genie for use in a range of applications.
