Solubility:It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized Flt3-L in sterile 18M?-cm H2O not less than 100�g/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
Stability:Lyophilized Flt3-Ligand although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18°C. Upon reconstitution Flt3-Ligand should be stored at 4°C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18°C.For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
Purity:Greater than 97 % as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Biological Activity:The activity was measured in a cell proliferation assay using OCI-AML5 cells (ATCC ACC 247). The EC50 for this effect is typically 0.2-1 ng/mL.

FLT3 ligand is a receptor for the fl cytokine has a tyrosine-protein kinase activity & a growth factor that regulates proliferation of early hematopoietic cells. Flt3-Ligand synergizes with other CSFs and interleukins to induce growth and differentiation.

Flt3-Ligand Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 165 amino acids (including his tag) and having a molecular mass of 18.9 kDa. Flt3-Ligand is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
