Solubility:It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized Flt3-Ligand in sterile 18M?-cm H2O not less than 100�g/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
Stability:Lyophilized Flt3-Ligand although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18°C. Upon reconstitution Flt3-Ligand should be stored at 4°C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18°C.For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.

Biological Activity:The activity was determined by the dose- dependent stimulation of the proliferation of the human acute myeloid leukemia cell line OCI-AML5. The ED50 is 0.56ng/ml.

FLT3 ligand is a receptor for the fl cytokine has a tyrosine-protein kinase activity & a growth factor that regulates proliferation of early hematopoietic cells. Flt3-Ligand synergizes with other CSFs and interleukins to induce growth and differentiation.

Flt3-Ligand Human Recombinant produced in HEK cells is a glycosylated monomer, having a molecular weight range of 24-30kDa due to glycosylation. The Flt3-Ligand is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
