ELL Associated Factor 1 (EAF1) is a part of the EAF family and is expressed mainly in heart, brain, placenta, lung, liver, skeletal muscle, kidney, pancreas, spleen, prostate, testis, small intestine and colon. EAF1 plays a role as a transcriptional transactivator of ELL and ELL2 elongation activities.��

EAF1 Human Recombinant produced in E. coli is. a single polypeptide chain containing 110 amino acids (182-268) and having a molecular mass of 11.3kDa. EAF1 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
