Human Chemokine (C-C Motif) Ligand 3 (CCL3) is a small cytokine belonging to the CC chemokine family. T cells, B cells, and monocytes all express the CCL3 protein after antigen or mitogen stimulation. The CCL3 protein is a chemoattractive and adhesive molecule that attracts and binds lymphocytes. CCL3 has been shown to have various effects on hematopoietic precursor cells and inhibits the proliferation of hematopoietic stem cells in culture as well as in vivo. CCR1 and CCR5 have been identified as functional receptors for CCL3. Human CCL3 Recombinant Protein is a highly pure recombinant protein developed by Assay Genie for use in a range of applications.
