Caspase 10 encodes a member of the cysteine-aspartic acid protease family, which plays a central role in the execution-phase of cell apoptosis. Caspase 10 cleaves and activates caspases 3 and 7, and itself is processed by caspase 8. Mutations in Caspase 10 are associated with type IIA autoimmune lymphoproliferative syndrome, non-Hodgkin lymphoma and gastric cancer. The Assay Genie Human Caspase 10 ELISA is a highly sensitive assay for the quantitative measurement of Caspase 10 in serum, blood, plasma, cell culture supernatant and tissue samples.

Linearity:
