The protein C1QTNF1 is a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily that is continuously expressed by all nucleated cells in the body. C1QTNF1 contains a cysteine-rich repeat that is predicted to form disulfide-linked homodimers in the intracellular domain. The protein C1QTNF1 has been shown to be involved in cell adhesion, differentiation, motility, and immunity. Late-onset retinal degeneration has been linked to mutations in C1QTNF1. Human C1qTNF1/CTRP1 Recombinant Protein is a highly pure recombinant protein developed by Assay Genie for use in a range of applications.
