Chromosome 10 Open Reading Frame 54, also known as C10ORF54 is part ofthe immunoglobulin superfamily. Like a transmembrane molecule, C10ORF54 isexpressed in the bone on embryonic stem cells (ESCs), and on tumor cell surface as well. Accordingly, C10ORF54 supports the differentiation ofESC and ehhances BMP4 induced signaling in ESC, however C10ORF54 is also downregulated following to BMP4 exposure.
C10ORF54 Human Recombinant produced in Sf9 Baculoviruscells is a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 170 amino acids (33-194a.a) and having a molecular mass of 19.1kDa.
