Annexin A7 (ANXA7) is a calcium-dependent phospholipid-binding protein from the annexin family. Annexin A7 contains a specific, highly hydrophobic N-terminal domain and a conserved C-terminal domain. The C-terminal domain is made up of alternating hydrophobic and hydrophilic regions. Annexin A7 is a calcium/phospholipid binding protein that has voltage-sensitive calcium channel activity and promotes membrane fusion, as well as being involved in exocytosis. Human Annexin A7/ANXA7 Recombinant Protein is a highly pure recombinant protein developed by Assay Genie for use in a range of applications.
