Description
HRP Detection Reagent:
Assay Genie's fluorometric HRP detection reagent is a stable 10-Acetyl-3,7-dihydroxyphenoxazine (also called Ampliflu Red TM) liquid substrate reagent formulated for detecting horseradish peroxidase HRP activity, e.g. in ELISA. This reagent produces a highly fluorescent product (Ex/Em = 530/590nm) when reacted with H2O2 by a peroxidase. The fluorescent product can also be visualized under a light source (530 ± 20 nm).
Applications:
Stabilized 10-Acetyl-3,7-dihydroxyphenoxazine (also called Ampliflu Red TM) liquid substrate reagent for detecting horseradish peroxidase HRP activity, e.g. in ELISA. This reagent produces a highly fluorescent (530/590nm), pink-colored product upon reaction with a peroxidase. The fluorescent product can also be visualized under a light source (510-550 nm).
